Hillside in Provence | Crillon le Brave

In a beautiful hillside in Provence is built the Crillon le Brave, a hotel surrounded by olive trees and vineyards, offering guests a unique stay with breathtaking views and many options for outdoor activities. The forest area around the hotel is full of green and white oaks, planted by the specialist in truffles, Eric Jaumard and his father more than 30 years ago.

Friday lunch is served in the barn Jaumard, at the foot of Mont Ventoux by his wife Dominique. Around the cozy fireplace will taste fresh bread with scrambled eggs with truffle and crème brûlée for dessert. On Saturday you will go to Château la Nerthe for a cooking lesson with the head chef to the accompaniment of the famous local wine, Châteauneuf du Pape.

Enjoy your dinner on Saturday with a choice of five dishes, with choices like grilled mullet with purple potatoes, filet of veal and pasta stuffed with truffle cream. Never in your life will you have eaten so many truffles! At Crillon le Brave rooms are distributed in seven old houses of the village, linked by bridges, alleys and hidden courtyards. Each of the restored houses has its own charm and character.
